Couple of changes: We'll be doing this as Modern Age so that we can get familiar with the new legal sets. Also, we'll be doing the new rules/powers, so make sure you are familiar with the changes!

Was just asked if the Scientist already has outwit/perplex, would it be replaced by the special abilities listed in the scenario. I'm going with the scenario version overwrite the regular powers.
