Build 3, 300 point teams.
Pick one of your teams to start the First round. At the end of the first round, do not heal any figures that were not KO'ed. At the beginning of Round 2, choose any number of figures that were not KO'ed first round, and place them in your starting area, in addition to the second of your 300 pt teams. At the end of Round 2, do not heal any figures that were not KO'ed in Round 2. At the beginning of Round 3, place any non-KO'ed figures from Round 2 in your starting area with the last of your 300 pt teams.
If you do not have any figures that weren't KO'ed, choose up to 100 pts of figures from the previous round, and place them in your starting area for each round.
Oh and, if you could... please have teams ready to go prior to the tourney... takes some people long enough to build one team, let alone three ;)
